"The owner Dave Tarrance was one of five companies that gave us estimates. Crawlspace Doctor had the best price for the work we wanted done. Dave listened to all our concerns about our crawlspace and offered solutions to help us resolve the issues. During the work he stopped in personally to keep us updated on the progress of the job, which took five days. His crew was very polite and disposed of all debris (old insulation) each night."

"I have used other Pest control services and Action Pest Control stands above the rest in terms of price and quality. We moved back to Indiana and our home is in a wooded area so we were getting all sorts of interesting looking bugs as well as spiders and wasps. We shopped around and we found that Action Pest Control was a good value. What impressed us through was the quality and thoroughness of their services. They spray inside and outside like other companies do, but they also go the extra step in knocking down wasp nests and sweeping around the windows and eves for spider webs. They also set ant, termite and rodent traps. All of this is no extra charge and included in the monthly service fee. Every one of the technicians have been very friendly and knowledgably about different type of insects we encounter while living in the woods. I know they also have a mosquito program that we might look into. We are very impressed with them and would highly recommend them."

"Had Beverly Plumbing & Heating install a shower. Installer tried to cover up big gaps where the shower panels meet in the corners by using caulking. I told him not acceptable! Things should be squared and this also looked horrible! Installer then tried to use a plastic PVC quarter round to hide that his install shower was not squared. He then put plastic quarter round to cover it and said it came with the shower kit and the quarter round was in the shower box kit - not true because the PVC quarter round had a date on it which was AFTER the manufacturing date of the shower kit that I purchased myself from another company 6 months before the install and just two weeks before he even started to install it. I also called the manufacture and they advised they don't sell quarter round in the shower kit! Which means he went to a box store and bought it and then had to be deceptive about it. Contacted this company by email a week ago and advised them the installer did not remove the plastic protection film from the shower kit which means joints are not sealed and water will now penetrate - the whole entire reason we replaced the shower in the first place. NO RESPONSE to the email. No answer by phone. Dr. Hachem"

"This is only a limited summary. Buyer, especially seniors, BEWARE! Average product, but very poor installation quality and workmanship. BCI-BathPlanet of Indianapolis arrived an hour late without calling, and no return calls from the office, sales rep., or service manager. They damaged three areas of an adjoining wall into another room using a Sawzall. And, they left without telling me. I had to cleanup the paint and drywall debris. The next day they arrived, and I showed they the damage. They admitted they damaged the wall using the Sawzall. I withheld $500 of my payment. It should have been at least $4,000. They promised the following business day, a Monday, they would have someone call to make the repair that day, but they did not show and did not call. When I called their Customer Service, BCI-BathPlanet would not return my calls total of about 20 times. I had to stop by their office twice but they claimed "there was nothing they could do" to make the service manager return calls. They refused to have the owner call me. Our sales rep. used deceptive sales practices by claiming to be a part-owner. The office told me he was not a part owner. When I visited the office they said I could only talk with the service manager. Shower shelves fell off the walls. Caulking was very poor. After almost three months they finally attempted to make some initial repairs. So.e were satisfactory, but others were so bad I had them remove parts of the decorative trim because they said "it was the best they could do"."

"Breathsafe did a wonderful job with installation! They worked fast and in some yucky weather too get our right on mitigation system installed! They are very fairly priced and you can tell that they don’t make it a goal to profit off of customers, but rather just make a living. VERY kid friendly couple, Lances wife played hide and seek with my 4 year old. 😂 I would bring them back for any project they are qualified to complete!!"
