"Horrible communication skills by "owner" Mishell. Basic business etiquette seems to escape her. I was interviewed and hired on the spot for a sales position but asked for my status to be 1099 and not W2. After waiting a week for someone to get back to me I finally reached out to her and set up a 10:00 a.m. call. At 10:15 the following day I had to call her and confronted her on her lack of communication. Her response was revealing. Did not apologize and even made a mild threat of telling other companies about me because I dared to confront her. The company seems solid but they need to let her do something more at her emotional level. Perhaps light cleaning and coffee prep for the professionals. The response that was left 36 minutes after this post is misleading. The issues that I had with the communication were before any information about not coming aboard was disclosed. As of my interview Chris Sanson had offered me the job. It is misleading and again another revealing mark of the character of management to try to manipulate the story of my experience to be just someone upset because they didn't get the job. At this point it was a godsent. Still not taking responsibility.?? Sad"

If you have a problem with your window, such as broken glass, minor leaks, or a problem with your window being stuck, repairing the broken part might be a cheaper option than replacing the entire window. However, if you have a deteriorating window frame or major leaks, buying a new window will be the better long-term solution.
Window replacement can become costly, especially if you’re replacing your whole home. There are a few steps you can take to help save money on the bottom cost while still giving your windows a facelift.
Replace multiple windows at once to bundle your purchase
Inquire about discounts, coupons, or special offers
Consider window repair as soon as you see damage to help prevent the need for replacement
Maintain your windows often by inspecting your windows for drafts, leaks, and cracks
There are certain window repairs that are cost-effective to DIY and relatively simple for homeowners to tackle themselves. Tasks like replacing a screen, replacing a lock, or sealing a window are typically under $30 and take minimal time to do yourself. However, if you need to replace your window or repair a broken double pane, it’s best to call in a professional window replacement installer to lend a hand. Replacing the majority or all of the windows in your home is a time consuming job and best left to a professional.
Window replacement costs between $180 and $410 per window, or an average of $280 per window. However, your specific replacement job could cost as little as $100 or as much as $750. Factors such as frame material, the number of windows you need, and the type of glass you order all impact the overall cost. For example, simple double-glazed windows will cost $3 to $6 per square foot, but the stronger tempered glass ranges from $12 to $14 per square foot.
The time it takes to replace a window is a total of four to 15 weeks. This time includes your initial consultation, appointments for measuring, as well as ordering and manufacturing your windows. For a smaller job, you can expect the total timeline to be on the shorter end, but for a whole house window replacement, it might take longer (or be split into multiple install appointments). Once your windows are created and ready to be installed, your window installer will take 30 to 60 minutes per window to install.
