"I want to caution everyone about this companies pricing for parts. I was charged $474.00 for a part that costs around $99.99. "Taco valve 555-173RP" I understand that they need to make some money and they go by the national average, and you get a 1 year warranty, blah blah blah. Call me crazy, but I feel like paying over 4 times the retail price for parts is not fair. When I called in to ask about this after the part failed, I was not treated with respect. The lady tried to spin it like the valve was free and I had paid $474.00 for labor lol. The tech was not sure of himself working on a geothermal unit and had to come back the next day to fix still leaking pipes that were not properly repaired on the first visit. Overall I am very disappointed with my experience with Masters Heating and Cooling. Thanks Don Hoekema"
