I remember there were some issues with getting the appointment scheduled and it had to be re-scheduled a couple of times, but they were let me know that it was going have to be re-scheduled and apologized. They communicated fairly well during that time.

They came the next day after I called. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell that there had ever been a furnace there. They are always on time and call ahead when they are on the way.
