"Erin is the best! While not in a huge rush, I'd been looking for a house for a while in this insanely competitive market. When a house came up in the PERFECT location, I put in a bid and was beat out in multiple offers. Erin reached out to the Seller's Agent the next day to get more information about the offer taken, and found out the Buyer chosen was backing out. Because of Erin's call, I was offered the opportunity to buy the home without it going back on the market!
