The worst realtor! If I could give him zero stars I would. Jeff’s partner, Joe musgrave told my mom to “f you” not once but TWICE! I wish I could have gotten out of my contract to sell my house with them but I already had a buyer and was just wanting it to be done. They have zero communication skills. I had to push my closing back 11 days before the Paxson team had zero urgency with anything. Jeff lied to me numerous times about things. Towards the end, he wouldn’t pick up a phone call from me. He told me in an email… “I don’t like you.” Lol! The whole Paxson team are clowns. Do not sell your house with them! Run!

Jeff listed our home, but when he left Keller Williams, he never notified us. We were unaware that our home was not being properly listed for 2-3 weeks. To this day he has never contacted us and just dropped us. I do not feel that he put in the work necessary to sell our home.

days! Jeff prepared me and family for the sale by hiring home stagers, a
professional photographer, and generally preparing us of what it is like to have your house on the
market. Jeff is very candid as far as expectations about a time frame and
how badly the owner wants to sell- if you are willing to work and follow his
step-by-step plan then the results speak for themselves (did I mention he sold
our house in 4 days?!). His team also
was very patient in showing homes to us before we finally picked our current
location. If this was all he did- I would hire this guy again in a second
but he also has followed up with our family a few different times checking in
on us and the new place (two years later). This is a stand-up
guy/company. You would be a FOOL, a fool I tell you, not to hire
him.

Jeff is great to work with. He is quick to communicate and explains exactly what each step is going to entail. He is well known on the Southside of Indy as being a realtor that gets results. I know a lot of people that have used him as well and the experience has been great. His current 4.5% rate on everything is second to none. If you are looking to buy or sell a house, I recommend calling Jeff.
