We have been working with Charles to rent our home and continue to maintain the property.  He has been awesome to work with!  Our house rented in under 3 months and he has done a fantastic job keeping us up to date when things are needed.  The price for placement of a tenant was a little high, but worth the price because the house didn't sit vacant for very long.  I couldn't be happier.  Definitely recommend if you are not local to maintain your own rental property.

My husband and I are moving to JAX later this summer for a job opportunity. Neither of us know much about the area, so apartment hunting was stressful. Online listing are often misleading! I found this company through Angie's List and was impressed from the beginning. They connect you with vetted complexes in your desired area. They know many of the property managers, so they can get you better deals. I think it's also important to note many of the property managers told us how much they love this company. Best of all, the service is free! You just put them as your referral source on your application.

Our lease expired without a renewal option due to landlord's needing space for family members. Wasted a lot of time and energy chasing down contacts through Craig's List. Searched for realtors specializing in matching tenants to rentals on Angie's List, but could not find this type of service listed. Tried searching outside Angie's List on Google, and found Jacksonville Rental Finders. Crystal Napolitano returned our message promptly and identified several locations within a couple days that met our needs. We settled on a great apartment that met our space needs within our budget in a location we liked without all the extra stress! Crystal also remained on call to help us sort out the paperwork and utilities. This service deserves to be made available to Angie's List members!
