"Tim was very nice and his price was VERY REASONABLE! He likely does very good work, as well. However, the suggestion I have for him is to give the customer a more detailed estimate. My guess is that when he writes "caulk, sand, paint family room" he probably knows it includes all the prep and finish work, but it doesn't give the customer confidence that he will take care of every detail. It also reduces the accountability if one of those details is not completed.This is especially true when his estimate was 4 lines long and the 2 competitors that we received estimates from gave us 3 pages of details."
