"My experience with Republic Services Residential in Whitestown, Indiana has been disappointing. The pricing seems exorbitant, and the frequency of missed pickups and incorrect recycling dates is frustrating. Adding to the frustration is their refusal to collect extra bags or boxes, despite their own errors in scheduling. The additional charge of $2.50 per item outside of the designated containers feels unreasonable. Transitioning from Michigan to Indiana, I had hoped for better service from Republic, but unfortunately, my experience has left me disheartened. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Republic Services based on these issues."
