They were perfect.

I called them to haul out a 6' long bathroom vanity and kitchen counter tops. They arrived early and had enough help and space to do the job quickly. When I arrived at the condo, they were there waiting for me and they got straight to work, finishing the job in 10 minutes. They were pleasent and easy to deal with. I would hire them again in an instant.

We spoke on the phone and Gordon immediately quoted a very competitive price, and arranged an appointment for three days later. Gordon arrived on time and completed the work as discussed.

I called several hauling services for estimates to haul away sod that we removed for garden space. East Side was quick to respond, had the best price, and was able to remove it the earliest of all the services I contacted. Gordon was friendly and professional. I've already given his card to a neighbor.
