Best Way Disposal

They were prompt in getting the dumpster placed on my property. I've never rented a dumpster before and when I called and made provisions for a dumpster to be brought into my house, the man that I talked to explained that it was supposed to be $455 for two weeks. I assumed that at the end of two weeks, they would have somebody out automatically to pick it up. It was over two weeks when I thought it would be best to call them because I'm probably going to be charged for the amount of time that the dumpster has been sitting out there. I called and explained that I didn't realize that it was my responsibility to call them and let them know when I was finished with it. The gentleman responded that it was all right and he didn't charge me an extra. He then promptly sent someone to remove the dumpster. In terms of treating me fairly, I believe he really went the extra mile with it.

We had a house fire and we needed a dumpster due to all the things we needed to throw away. They are extremely service oriented. My experience was wonderful. I was so impressed with them. They brought the dumpster the same day I called. They dumped it and brought it back all in one day. We rented on a 2 week basis. At the end of the 2 weeks I was not full and I was not finished yet. The driver came to pick it up and saw it was niot full. He contacted the office. The office contacted us and offered us to pay $3 a day until we were done instead of another 2 week.s It saved us hundreds of dollars. I thought it was so thoughtful and courteous of them to offer to us versus them making more money. They would call and check to make sure we were okay and if we needed the dumpster. They day I called and said we were done they came out and picked it up. They were always courteous and nice and the folks in the office always had my file handy to know what was going on.
