Great! Called Craig and he called right back. He worked with me to help me understand what sizes were available and their pricing and procedures. We worked out a plan and he delivered exactly when and where I asked. When done, pickup was quick and overage charges were applied same day (we previously agreed on). I will use this service provider again!

I have not had a resolution to my problem. I went there and talked to the owner about what happened. He expressed his apologies, but I had not heard back as well as a charge that I did not authorize. That charge is still on my card after all this time so I think in their minds they are done with it.

"Thank you for your review. You contacted us in late August and we provided a 30 yard dumpster for drywall and plaster. You wanted a larger dumpster but we limit the size when there is heavy material. You stated that you also had brick, but would not include that because you would have to go with an even smaller dumpster than you wanted. On September 2nd, we picked up the dumpster to find that you put the brick in anyway. Rather than driving away and leaving the dumpster and charging a dry run charge, we were able to pick the dumpster up safely and charge a restricted material charge, which was the cheaper option for you, and required no unloading on your part. We notified you of the charge, and you came to my office and discussed it with me for about an hour in person. You disagreed that there should be a charge. I stood by the charge because we are up front about our policies and don't want to put our employees in a potentially dangerous or illegal situation. I thanked you for voicing your concerns, you thanked me for listening, and we agreed to disagree. Six weeks later we receive your review. Your grades do not reflect the face to face meeting we had. My door is always open if you would like to speak again. Sincerely, Craig Pitcock Dave's Trucking Co."

They did a good job. They dropped off and picked up on time. It was a weekly dumpster rental. They dropped it off very carefully in the driveway so there was no damage to the driveway.

It was just fine. They delivered and picked up on my schedule. The price was good and I believe their dumpster weight limit and capacity is better than others. I would suggest shopping around for these specifications. It was the best price I could fine. They did everything they were supposed to and the dumpster was clean. We had a limited interaction with them though.

I called Dave's and requested a 30 cubic yard trash container. (This is a very large container. They have smaller ones available.) I told them that I had to have a container that had a door that I could open and close because the sides of this size of container are much to high for me toss heavy times over the top. The driver delivered the container and positioned it exactly where I asked him to. He told me that he specifically picked out the dumpster that he delivered because the door would open and close. (These dumpsters get banged up over time and the doors get very difficult to open... and they are very heavy!) The driver then demonstrated how to open and close the door. He was very personable and made sure I understood how to manipulate all of the locks and latches. He was just a peach! After I filled the container, I called Dave's to pick it up which they did the very next working day. They were efficient and easy to work with. I would hire them again.

They were very hands on, and every time I called Dave would pick up the phone, and answer all the questions I had in great detail. He suggested that I do shop around and I was surprised by that. He wanted me to make sure the he was the right fit. The service and time was the best.

The service was excellent. When I called, Betty was extremely helpful in choosing the correct size to order. I was called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time. He did a great job with the placement of the dumpster in my driveway. I called to have it picked up and they arrived sooner than I expected.
I called Dave's based on reading the reviews and I am so glad I did. It was the best service I've had in a very long time. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service. They were wonderful to work with.
