Randy took care of all the governmental permits to get this major project done. It didn't matter if it was a Sunday or holiday, if the weather was dry the crew was working. It was amazing to watch the skill with which the large pieces of limestone were assembled together to fit like a puzzle. Because we have a fall-away lot , small boulders were required at the conclusion of the job to keep the steps in place. I wasn't available to discuss this addition; the project manager made the decision on the spot to add these boulders at no extra charge to us. It solved the problem perfectly. The completed project has been a wonderful improvement in appearance. Talking through the options to replace the wooden structure with Randy, we found a better and less expensive solution with limestone. It worked very well with the previous limestone steps that they had installed 12 years earlier."
