"I’m a 70 year old Senior. I had sagging at the end of my hall, in my 3-BR ranch home. I got five other quotes, none of which suggests a problem with my foyer or kitchen. They sent out some 20 something young man -that clearly did not know what he was doing to complete my main beam replacement project. I mentioned to David (the 20 something) and his assistant IMMEDIATELY, that my kitchen cabinets had pulled away from the wall and the foyer was tilting. Several times. He assured me that he would run the beam right up under the kitchen between the kitchen and the foyer, to the garage door —to correct it! I had an intense disagreement with him when he tried to leave and did not make any attempt to correct the damage. The damage they had caused. I used my burial money to correct this sagging in the hall-and they left me with a huge problem with my foyer and kitchen that WASN’T THERE BEFORE, that they caused, & knew they caused. Indiana foundation, now Groundworks, sent Blake to my house under the guise of completing my first adjustment to the main beam, and as I had instructed them, to formulate their repair project based on a certified Home Inspection Specialist that I had hired to let me know what, specifically, Ind Found. should do to correct the serious problem they created. They promised to schedule the repair work at that time, but have ghosted to me ever since coming to see the damage they caused and formulate the repair. I have not been able to get in contact with them since; I’ve left numerous v-mails and texts. They have no integrity towards my project and nor will they have ANY integrity towards yours."

Project manager (Chris) keep me in the loop about delays, but the work crew still came in the following Monday and got the job done in one day, and also cleared some brush without extra charge. "Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."
