I was very impressed that Mr. Wilson was the ONLY contractor to definitively identify my leak issue accurately and in less than 5 minutes after stepping foot in the house.  He also proved his diagnosis, a window design defect, with a quick demonstration. Luckily we already had new replacement windows scheduled for installation.  His cost estimate seemed very reasonable for the amount of work scheduled.
