They said that guy now doesn't work for the company but since I am existing customer I have to go thru the customer experience department to get someone else to come out AND no one ever returns my calls. Worst COMPANY EVER! They did the same thing to my brother!"

We inject a closed cell urethane foam grout into the wall from floor to top of crack. We also seal water main lines, sewer mains and voids in poured concrete walls. We also power wash concrete driveways and seal them with a waterproofing barrier to help minimize popping and pitting of the aggregate.

"We have hired Premier Garage for our last two homes in Zionsville. Their pricing was the best of the quotes we received, and the work was done well and on time. Jon was great to work with on the sales end, and the install team did a nice job. The installer even recommended changing the paint chip color on the day of the install because he thought that the color scheme may clash a bit. I thought this may delay us, but they were able to get another color there that SAME DAY and there was no delay. I would highly recommend using them!"

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"
