"I needed several planks in deck replaced. Rob Hardy gave me a reasonable estimate and I hired him. After tearing off bad planks, he found some problems with joists under deck. He fixed these and I realized that he had a lot of time in it. I asked if there would be additional charges. He said ,no, he would stay with original estimate. He was polite and courteous.
