"We were in the market for a complete system & researched several companies. A-1 was the only company to suggest a "Hybrid" system. ( Gas furnace with a heat pump) They explained how the "Hybrid" system worked & how it would affect our utility bills. They installed the new system, including a touch screen thermostat. A- 1 was on time, very professional & went above and beyond what we expected them to do. "Very well.  About 3 days for the installation.  The crew did install some ductwork in the attic which created a lot of dust, but that could not be avoided and they did try to keep the mess to a minimum.  I would recommend having this kind of work during the spring or fall when temps arre moderate.  Heating contractors are not as busy and you will not be exposed to extreme temps."

He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
