"Lack of communication Did not show on the days as promised. Very rude. Stated we were rude because we kept telling him we were tired of his excuses on why he wasn't showing up to complete job. Did this to us and our next door neighbor. Very unprofessional! Also damaged our yard with lots of dead grass!"

After allowing them multiple attempts on trying to remedy the issues, they were never resolved. We now will be spending even more money out of our pockets to have someone else come and attempt to fix the issues at hand."
