"Everything went fine. Sheri was responsive with the appointment scheduling. And the services performed were punctual and efficient. I was not present for the rental property cleaning, but was for the 2nd cleaning at our home. Tim was in and out efficiently and left no mess of any kind, and took the time to answer several questions I had about the chimneys in both properties and regarding fireplace use and chimney cleaning in general.
