"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

"After significant storm damage, I needed a new roof and reached out to three well-known roofing companies for quotes. The Gorillas came in with the best price by a wide margin. Their crew arrived early and worked tirelessly to complete the entire roof in a single day so they could beat the incoming severe weather. The craftsmanship was outstanding—the installation was flawless, and the roof looks fantastic. It’s been four months since the installation, and I haven’t had a single issue. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterward and were professional from start to finish. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them to replace the roof on another property as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 10/10 service—highly recommended!"
