"The roofers were working at a property 1/2 mile away and repeatedly trespassed on my property and took photos of my home, vehicles and property. My children were terrified in the house. I asked them to leave multiple times and they still returned. I went as far as to let the company know and the only response I received was a thumbs up. This company had quoted work at my home but after the experience and lack of respect for a private home owner and a family, I will not do business with them and would NOT recommend. "I had originally called as I had some storm damage and needed them to look at a couple shingles. When they came out, they assured me they didn't need to go up onto the roof at all and told me I had some nail pops and the obvious shingles that were missing. I was quoted for the work (just under $1000) and had to put $500 as a deposit. fast forward to the day they came out. Not only did they bring a shingle not even close but when the project manager was up on the roof told me that I had way more going on up on the roof and they highly recommend replacing the whole roof due to water damage and condition of shingles. At this point I did my due diligence and shopped around after getting the quote for a full roof replacement. I got quotes from 4 other companies who all came up quite a bit lower (material costs across the board were lower), and the icing on the cake was the fact that EVERY SINGLE ONE asked me the question why didn't the first company go up on the roof at first as they all agreed I needed to replace it. So, if Cochran would have just went on the roof in the first place I wouldn't have had to even put the original deposit in which they didn't even fix issues as it needed replaced and so I paid essentially $500 for them to caulk a couple place and not just go on the roof THE FIRST TIME and find the issue up front... I called to let them know I was going with another company who was a much lower quote for the exact same work, and they didn't even offer a refund (ethical thing to do since they didn't even go on roof at first) and even admitted that they should have just gone on the roof the first time when I asked them to! If you are looking for a quote from this company, all I have to say is just avoid or be careful."

"It did not go well I asked to do 3 things , first to repair my outside gutter then he did a good job. Second repair a loose socket behind the dryer and I think he did well on that and the 3rd one repairs the holes in the walls and install a new towel rack and he got halfway done repairing the holes in the walls and then installed the new towel rack and I could never get him back to repair what he done wrong and to finish the work . He did not complete it, he asked if he could come back and then never would come back. He did not show up one time when he agreed to come."
