This pro was very unprofessional, did not come prepared, ruined my hardwood floors and did not finish the job. I will never use them again.
USA Insulation South ElginPlumber advised me that a new toilet could not be placed as floor damage beneath it was too extensive. I arranged for a carpenter who repaired and replaced floor, then plumber completed his work. They coordinated well.
Floors refinished in a timely manner however, a mess was left behind. Also floor boards were damaged and there was some overspray on the stain.
