Customer service reps were barely polite. The installer never came and the installer was very hard to understand. Felt railroad through out the whole process. I had to demand the Customer service rep to call me. I would not recommend them. In process of speaking to customer reps, I was told after given a deposit, that before he arrives, I was to give full balance before work was done. Everyone I spoke to was very unprofessional.
