"The employees at All Star Building Corp. were out standing they were on time and worked was done in a timely manner. One of the things that I liked most about All Star Building Corp, was the way that they took note of a little play pool in the back yard and my dogs. I noticed that they went out of there way to control the mess when removing my old roof. I know that all contractors in this line of work try to do this, but these guys took it to a new level, I had to stop in at the house a few times while they were working they did not know I was there, but I noticed that they were going out of their way to be sure that none of the old roof or nails fell in the back yard. Now I did not ask them to do this, don't even think that I said any thing about my dogs, that is what made me notice. They were just doing all they could to keep everything contained. When they were done my son and I did a very thorough inspection of the yard for the safety of the dogs and found no shingles or nails any where. The fact is they did a great job on all the work they had to do and also cared enough to take the extra steps to not put my dogs at risk. This meant a lot to me. More companies should be like this."

"We called this company after losing some shingles. We had another company who only was interested in filing an insurance claim. Since this was a 20Year old roof and the second layer as well we wanted an honest evaluation. We felt that Mark gave us a good inspection and a detailed estimate. He went the extra mile to get us an additional sample that was in the catalog before we made a decision. He explained the process so we knew what to expect. In spite of the rain they came out within two weeks. The crew started at 7 and finished after 5. They cleaned up and everything looked great when they were done. We are very satisfied with the quality and look of the roof. There was a slight hiccup when the shingles were delivered and placed so they blocked the garage. A call to Mark got that corrected quickly so we could move a car if needed. Overall a good experience."
Concrete blocks are the cheapest way to base a shed. However, the space in between allows critters to go under, burrow, and even damage your shed’s frame. For a more pest-proof option, consider building a shed base with gravel or paver stones. Both options are fairly affordable and easy enough for a DIY project. Skid foundations, deck block foundations, and concrete block foundations are the most affordable shed foundation options. Of these, we recommend deck blocks. Deck blocks are easy to install and level, and they raise your shed up off the ground to prevent rotting from exposure to water and moisture. Keep in mind that deck blocks won’t resist soil movement or frost heave, so they’re not ideal in areas with expansive soil or a deep frost line.
