Over the years, plywood quality deteriorated drastically and has given us serious problems due to warping between the rafters. But in recent years, OSB has vastly improved in performance. That's why we have made it our standard roof sheathing. Some may not care for the look of OSB, but as a sheathing product it outperforms plywood while giving our customers a building with superior roof sheathing that's designed to stay true.
