"I used JL Anderson Heating & Cooling (subcontracted through Lowe's) to install a new Trane HVAC system in my 25 yr. old home. They were punctual, worked clean/safe and were friendly through the whole install. Jeremy Williams took my call and after I explained that I needed to replace my 18 year old water heater, he asked what time of the day would be best to come out and take care of my replacement. He explained that he liked to provide same day service and any hours I would be available would work for him. We agreed to meet at my house at 3:30pm and he estimated that the time to replace my water heater with a new one would take about an hour. He also provided an all-inclusive price to remove and haul away the old water heater, install a new unit.
