They also had protective covers for the cables on the ground that could not be disconnected. Since so much of the tree was over structures I believed some potential for damage was possible. I'm pleased and amazed that virtually nothing was damaged. This was a $3,000 job and I was very happy to write the check. They were professional in appearance and behavior, were responsive with scheduling and calls, prompt onsite, presented documented insurance with their quote which was well beyond adequate, were highly skilled and very well equipped with several trucks and large machines onsite. The five-man crew included a professional Arborist, were well organized, worked together effectively, practiced professional-level safety techniques for themselves and those of us watching. It was quickly clear I had made the right choice considering other quotes were both much higher and a little lower.
