"I had called 2 other companies and waited over 3 hours and never got a phone call. 1 call to LOCKAL and I got a swift response with an accurate time to arrival. He explained an issue with my lock but had a solution anyway. Within maybe 30 seconds he had my door unlocked. He was very friendly and helpful. "I thought they were very professional. I thought that the price was very reasonable. I felt like they knew what they were doing. There really wasn't any surface marks on it.
