We serve central Indiana and provide free of charge a project estimate. At LEGACY we don't have sales persons. Our owner, Mark Spencer visits each homeowner and offers his 30 years of experience in design, energy efficiency and general remodeling expertise and design. "Worst contractor I've ever worked with. Almost nothing was completed or done correctly. The windows are the only thing that we are completely happy with. Permits were not properly pulled, no inspections were ever passed, siding & stone veneer was improperly installed, room addition was never completed, patio & pergola were never even started. Job was estimated to take a couple of months; finally fired Mark Spencer of Legacy Windows and Doors after 1 year of being lied to. He stole our money. He is a crook."
