Faucet repairs for the bathroom that was not easy to remove, because when it was installed , its just that the installation was to tight, but they were able to fix that & it is working great. For the kitchen faucet was just needed somr repairs & sealant application & they also did a great job on that. replaced the faucet for the tub as well because they were very old & inside was corroded & there was too much build up, so they also replaced the faucet for the tub. They were very good people. They had to come back, there were polite good people to talk to and its very nice to work with people like them

We moved into our home and discovered that the electric water heater would trip the breaker frequently, leaving us with no hot water the majority of the time. The water heater was over 20 years old. I called Dungan to see about replacing it with a new gas water heater. I called on a Friday and they immediately sent someone to dig the lime out of the old electric unit to provide us hot water immediately. This was a huge help as we were moving in over the weekend. They arrived around 8am the following Monday morning to install a new gas water heater. The new installation, which included new shutoff valves, took 3 hours. They cleaned everything up and were very efficient and professional. They are friendly, direct, and fair. This old house will need many plumbing updates as we restore it. They are my plumber of choice.
