"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"

Technician set 3 traps, for 3 weeks. Nada. We show up at 8p on a Friday night. Set one trap that we brought and viola' by 5a the next morning...a raccoon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

Spray Foam insulation is one of the Greenest Improvements you can do on a home, not only by the material used in the making of the chemical, but the impact that it gives the homeowner on their life-long utility expense which are cut in half.
"They never even looked at my attic or walk out basement until the day of install when they suddenly couldn't do the Southern wall of my home, which catches the wind and needs it the most. they said they could do the other 3 sides, but didn't need to worry about the attic. So 6 months later in winter, I contact them that my kitchen floors are ice cold. I went out and bought a thermal imaging camera that showed nothing but cold areas behind my kitchen walls...a guy came out and told me my backsplash walls were cold because my cabinets above them were closed. uhhhh no... Now I'm having my master bathroom remodeled. TWO EXTERIOR WALLS have little to no foam in them AT ALL. I am BEYOND angry and have asked for at least a partial refund since I now have photographs showing the only wall that even partially foamed was an inside wall with our plumbing in it. Halfway doesn't cut it in my world and I don't give third chances to a company that's only good at ripping people off. I plan on reaching out to both my credit card company and the BBB about this. absolutely disgusting"
