The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. "I first met Chris at the Indianapolis Home Show in Jan 2012 and I was initially impressed with his professionalism. I held onto his contact information and after contacting other home security providers, I decided to purchase a new home security system from Secure In Home Services.  When Chris came to my home, he was kind, courteous and did a wonderful job explaining all of the details involved with installing a new security system.  I was most impressed with the fact that he uses genuine Honeywell components since I had read a lot of bad reviews on GE security components.  Since I had a previously installed system that also used Honeywell components, Chris was able to discern which components needed replaced and which ones could remain.  Chris seemed to pay very close attention to detail as well.  For example, while my system was being installed, he applied ADT Security decals to nearly every exterior window and door instead of leaving a stack of decals for me to apply later.  Chris, also replaced all of the batteries in the existing components I was keeping.  Chris was able to arrange for the system to be installed on the same day.  The installer, Kenneth, did a fantastic job and consulted with me on the placement of all of the components.  Both Chris and Kenneth went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable with operating the system and answered all of my questions thoroughly.  I would certainly recommend Chris and Kenneth to anyone who is looking to install a new home security system.

Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate.
