"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

This company communicated well (the owner’s initial call was made same day I contacted him through this site), and he continued to reach out in a timely fashion throughout our job. (Almost a MIRACLE these days!!) He listened carefully to everything I needed done, provided knowledgeable suggestions, and made careful notes for necessary information. His crew was polite, friendly, efficient and careful! I was SO IMPRESSED!!!! The price was in line with landscaping costs. (Not necessarily cheap, but not out of line with everything that was done). I can’t say enough good things about our experience! I am COMPLETELY pleased and will DEFINITELY be using them in the future. "They replaced sections of our sidewalk and driveway apron. They were prompt and the work looks great. Pricing was fair. They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

"What great company! We are so pleased with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Indianapolis and the customized LED lighting system they installed at our home. The entire process from beginning to end was very efficient. The company owner, Mitch, was prompt with a competitive quote and reasonable turnaround time. The installation crew was very professional and great to work with. Once they started, they continued until the project was completed to perfection and well within schedule. An older path lighting was completely rewired and revamped, cleaning the old fixtures until they looked brand new. They even made an unexpected visit back, several weeks later, to replace the bulbs for our outdoor post lighting.
