The quality was really bad. I had to call them back three times. There was overspray on the bricks, They did not complete the caulking as promised. They left trash in the yard.

The painting was good, but the whole experience was not good. The first day they came, my husband was here and the man asked us to remove all our storm windows. We live in a two story house, that's what we paid them for. We thought that a lot more was included in the price than really was. They left our windows with paint splatters on them and they are dirty. They did show up every day on time. We would not use them again and I would never recommend them to anybody. I've told people not to use them.

The sales representative was there everyday of the work. The spent a considerable amount of time caulking and prepping the house prior to the painting. They began work at 8:00am and worked until at least 7 for three days. We had a bad rain storm the first day of painting and they redid the papering and painting the next day. They cleaned up the area everyday and did not cause any damage to our home or lawn. Everyday we were shown what had been done and any concerns were immediately addressed. We did a long walk around at the end of the job and were completely satisfied with the job.

We've dealt with Jeff Hillam, he's very positive and professional. I've been impressed with him. He came out to check on his crew of 3 many times. He followed up with me consistently and made sure all my questions were answered. He was on top of it all the time and was also very easy to reach. He provided me with his cell phone and was coming a significant distance each time he showed up. They did a great job and I recommend them.

Instead of doing a good job, they went crazy with the spray painting. They didn't cover anything. Over spray got on both our cars, the screened porch, our cedar deck, exterior light fixtures, landscaping. They cleaned the paint sprayer in the front yard and killed the grass. They were absolutely awful. They shouldn't be in business.

"THE MEMBER REPORTED THEIR PROBLEM TO OUR COMPANY AND WE TAKE THAT VERY SERIOUSLY. A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WAS SENT TO THEIR HOME THE FOLLOWING DAY TO START WORKING ON THE ISSUES SURROUNDING THEIR PAINT JOB. UNFORTUNATELY, ACCIDENTS HAPPEN AND WHILE YOU TRY TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY DON'T, WHEN YOU PAINT OVER 500 HOUSES EVERY SUMMER, THERE MAY BE SOME. WE HAVE WORKED AND ARE WORKING VERY HARD TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION. OUR INSURANCE COMPANY IS TAKING CARE OF ANY DAMAGES TO THE MEMBER'S HOME. THE PAINTERS ON THE PROJECT WERE LET GO IMMEDIATELY. AN EXECUTIVE DROVE DOWN FROM MICHIGAN TO FACILITATE THE RESOLUTION OF THESE PROBLEMS. OUR COMPANY IS DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE DIFFICULTIES THAT THE HOMEOWNERS HAVE INCURRED AND ARE COMPENSATING THEM FOR THEIR TROUBLE IN RESOLVING THE MATTER. ONCE AGAIN, ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. PEOPLE ARE NOT PERFECT, BUT HOW YOU HANDLE DIFFICULT SITUATIONS IS WHAT MATTERS AND WE ARE WORKING TO MAKE EVERYTHING RIGHT AS PROFESSIONALLY AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU."
