When I contacted them they said it would cost another $350 after I already spent over $2000 for what was suppose to be then care of. Just hard to find good customer service even when you look on line for good ratings. Apparently they don't stand by their work."

"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

They have done a ton of landscaping in the front yard and -- added a specific RIVER ROCK under my deck! He found exactly what I wanted and went right to work. Each year comes back and edges around the rock -- and it looks sooo nice! These Men -- work hard -- they are courteous and do exactly as you wish. You don't have to babysit them -- you don't have to worry about what they are doing! They do what they are ask. If they are unsure of anything they will check in with you. The owner is dedicated to his business and pays extreme attention to detail. They clean up -- everything when they are finished. They JUST GET IT. ***Hire them -- you won't be disappointed*** Thank you, Michael for another great job!"
