Kevin worked with us to determine how to solve problems in our challenging outdoors environment. He first mulched around some trees and brought in topsoil and planted grass seed in the back; he then placed the walkway around the side of the house and added rock on the hills where grass does not grow. The walkway is especially "cool", meandering around in a most agreeable fashion. The wood planks are surrounded by pea gravel; interlocking bricks outline the pathway. Kevin is flexible, e.g., he used our materials (grass seed) and added materials that conform to Association standards. In short, Kevin "plays well" with others. And the cost was very reasonable.

I think they do landscaping also. They charge $30 for lawn mowing and taking care of everything on my property. They're very efficient. They're very quick. I have them scheduled on a seasonal basis. I see them once a week as long as there's enough moisture to keep my lawn growing. They monitor that themselves. When they show up, they do a good job. They do it very quickly. I don't have a huge yard but they get it done in 30 minutes and they have mowed and they have trimmed. They have removed all the debris that they created and they're packed up and gone. They do an excellent job. Sure there would be somebody else that would do the same thing but their pricing is pretty good. If we have some incredible growing conditions and if they have to be out here twice in a week, they would be. They're very professional. I've been using them for three years now.
