"[Member Name Removed] - I appreciate your updated written review. Could you please update your grading, as well. We know that mistakes happen. We do apologize that you were not happy in the first stage of work - but would have also appriciated that when you came outside to look at the job while the guys and Bill were at the property, maybe you could have mentioned to them your displeasure instead of finding out your were unhappy in a review. We always take our customers praise AND criticisms to heart and always strive to make sure we satisfy our customers - just as we did with you with our 3rd trip to your home. Again, thank you for your updated review - and we would respectfully ask that you amend your grading. Thank you!"
"Thank you for your kind words! We strive for complete happiness and satisfaction for our customers. Our guys work hard and pay attention to every detail because we treat your home like we would treat ours! Thanks! See you in the fall!!"
"Thank you for your kind words! We take great pride in our work. If there is anything else we can do for your, please give us a call!"
"Thank you for your kind review! We appreciate your business - and look forward to working with you, again."
"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry you feel this way. I was going to reach out to you, after Bill told me you were threatening him with a negative review. Both times you called were after multiple days of rain. We were not avoiding providing your service but were wanting to protect the integrity of your lawn. A 600 pound mower could and would make ruts in your lawn. We actually DID mow it the day after you called last week. Had I truly believed this would have been an actual silly response- I actually would have dropped you as a client because we take pride in our work and clumped grass and tire marks are not how we want to present a service. It can cause significant damage to soft lawns. We will be happy to send a bill for the times mowed and will also send a reminder for the outstanding payment from Several snow plowing events in the winter - which is over $500. I was actually going to call you about this, too. I wanted to maintain a great working relationship as we have had for the past several years. My company could have just agreed to mow without care of the condition we left your lawn (many other companies do that) but had we damaged your lawn, you would have called to complain then, too. And probably left a negative review here. Either way you still would not be happy. Writing a negative review because your lawn care company cares about the integrity and aesthetic of your lawn? It'[Member Information Removed] ok. We hate to part ways- but sometimes it is for the best. Angie Resler- co-owner. 317-600-7011. This is my company phone should you want to verify this response or talk about repairing our business relationship."
"Thank you, [Member Name Removed], for your kind review! You have been a pleasure to work with and I hope to work with you, again! - Angie"
