Following the design plan, along with the removal of old trees and shrubs, as were agreed to with Josh Springer, the owner, things went fine. However during the removal phase of the project, the Property Pros crew, dug up two mature Wiegela bushes, and scalped a mature ornate Juniper bush, that Josh admitted his crew was not suppose to touch. Since then, and as of the writing of this post, I have tried to work with Property Pros on a solution to this problem. At every turn, they have provided a cheap lower standard of correction, that in no way compensates for their for their negligence in destroying my bushes.. Just recently I received a note from Josh, stating that I was being unreasonable, and that they had gone above and beyond to solve the problem.. This is the sole reason that I rate them as a F. Primarily because of their arrogance and disregard of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Josh even went to far as to state, that they have over 600 reviews, to make my request for a professional remedy, unreasonable. Since when is a customer that has paid $4700.00 for a service, unreasonable to expect a professional outcome? Josh however, did not indicate that there are 24 CUSTOMER SERVICE dissatisfaction ratings, sharing similar concerns that I have had with them. BUYER BEWARE, customer satisfaction is not their strong suit. I have pictures of the issues that I have discussed here, and I'm willing to share them with anyone, who is thinking about hiring them. I have since reached out to other landscape firms in the area, in hopes of getting a better PROFESSIONAL outcome to this situation next spring.

They are very hard working, punctual and likeable pros. We were worried when we asked them to do a design that it would be a lot more than they quoted. Yes it was a lot but if you saw how much work they did and how much they changed our property you'd be impressed. They were here for a solid 5 days doing the work. The landscaping was just crap prior to them getting to work. Now it is amazing it's like a little oasis for us now. The thing that impressed me is they really cared about the final product. They did work with our downspouts and irrigation systems to make them "right". They also cleaned up some trees and other things that they didn't have to do. Additionally they cleaned up the job site every single day with the utmost care. We are planning to hire them to do our regular landscaping and mulch every year.

The work was performed timely and was done quite professionally. Property Pros did an excellent job of cleaning up all of our mulch beds (weed and leaf removal), edging, and mulch installation. They put down a thick layer of high-quality mulch and we're anxious to see how well it lasts. While their pricing for mulch installation was a bit high (compared to other bids we received), they were willing to negotiate on some of the line items (e.g., haul-away fee); and, their pricing on the pine tree replacement was highly competitive. We will definitely use them again.

The crew was very prompt, only took lunch break and treated our yard like it was there own. They were friendly and asked us to do walk around before they mulched to make sure everything met our expectations. (It did!)

I thought the quality of their work was excellent. We were provided a price for the additional work above the Angie's List offer which I thought was fair. After the estimate and before the work was performed, we had a large tree fall in our yard. We had a tree service company remove the debris and at the same time, had them remove the massive, overgrown bushes that were to be trimmed as part of the Angie's List deal. At the time of the estimate, I was told the bushes alone would exhaust the $299 offer. Fair enough. After the landscaping work was completed, I received a bill for the same amount as the original estimate that included trimming the bushes which obviously didn't need trimming anymore. I was certain this was simply a mistake, however my contact assured me it wasn't. So it came down to this; if they underestimated the hours necessary to complete the job, they were off by about 50% which I though was unacceptable. It crossed my mind that perhaps I was being punished for not hiring them for an additional and very expensive landscaping project that was quickly estimated the day the work work performed. After receiving the bill and after a couple of rounds of expressing my dissatisfaction with their estimating accuracy, my bill was reduced by $75. Again, I was satisfied with the work. They did a great job and I tipped the workers for their hard work. My beef was management's inability to understand when almost half the work of the original estimate was taken off the table, that charging the same price was somehow fair to them. In my view, it was a shortsighted decision that cost them far more business from me in the long run.

Terrible, would never hire again. The work was 'promised' by a certain date. That date came and went with no communication at all. I had to call the office multiple times well past the due date to get each visit schedule. The workers themselves were average quality, nice guys; they took multiple breaks on the clock, but I assume that's pretty standard. I was also charged about 7.5 hours for travel time throughout the 2 days of service (I live 30 minutes from their office and they had to haul away debris both days), which I felt was inflated; especially when they stood around their truck for 30 minutes chatting before getting started.. (I worked from home for both days they were out to observe quality of service) As for the lawn treatment, there was once again no communication on when they were coming, and I ended up getting charged for a visit AFTER I MOVED even though I tried to cancel; I assumed they hadn't come for the second visit because there was no communication when they were coming. If I hadn't called at all, they probably would've showed up unannounced at some point. If you want a service provider with good communication, this is not your choice. They did get mostly everything I requested done and done to average-good quality, but not the quality of service I would've expected at their price point.

They were responsive, professional, and provided a detailed quote promptly. Josh was knowledgeable on the design and how to create privacy on my corner lot. He recommended quality trees while the other landscapers I spoke with were recommending trees I would have issues with 5 years down the road. Josh was very easy to work with and would definately recommend using Property Pros!

We really like it. It is wonderful. It makes the house look so different, more modern, more welcome. What stood out the most, besides the fact that it was so drastically different looking, I would say was Josh, the owner. He was just fabulous. The price was a little more than I expected. We were really very happy.

They did the steps, the sidewalk and the driveway. They also ripped out our steps and put new ones in. They had to rip out the whole driveway, we have quite a long driveway and it was a heck of a lot of work and it just rained and rained and rained. So, things went slowly. Part of the sidewalk, I thought, was tilted too much to one side and nobody seemed to really notice it much, except for me. When the owner of the company came out to talk to us about the landscaping portion of our project, he noticed that yes indeed, it was leaning, and so, at no charge, he had his concrete person rip out that new sidewalk and put in new panels that were not tilted. It was pretty fantastic. So he volunteered, we didn't ask. What stood out the most about the job was probably the owner. He comes out to your house and you just really develop a relationship with him. He is so honest and has integrity.

Josh and Andy were extremely helpful in planning and following through on the job. The crew was professional and attentive to any concerns (there were very few) and adjusted things as needed. The vision the team had for our backyard was spot on and it was worth waiting until the end product. I will be working with this company again for annual maintenance and any work I need on the house going forward. Great experience!
