This was my first experience with the company.  It's started out well when they called and asked if they could come over a little earlier than the scheduled time.  The ceiling on this room is extra-high (14') and required a very tall stepladder.  Once everything was set up the two men, Jim and Tom, worked quickly and professionally.  All the old parts were removed, the new 52" fan wired & installed, and the room cleaned up perfectly.  Would strongly recommend.

Starting with his initial approach on the phone, his follow up the day before on some options, I could sense that he would be easy to work with. His friendly attitude puts the customer at ease.
