The last time when I called the company for a non working thermostat, also was included in the warranty they charged me full price for a call, saying that the Thermostats are not included in the warranty. Finally we settled for 50% of the price and they were paid. When I called them next time for a maintenance visit they told me that my account is on hold because I didn't pay them full price for the previous visit?!!! I would never do business with this company again. Just be careful they don't honor the Warranty and their work! They are basically crooks!!!"
