"The men were vry nice and easy to have around. Some of the areas of concern were not treated. There were two men involved, and the man who estimated the job included all that I needed. The other nice man who did the work said it was not possible to raise the lowest part because it was already level, even though 1/2 lower than the adjacent slab. That part had been raised a few years ago and had settled again. So we didn't agree on the work to do. Later the boss disagreed with me for asking for a lower price than the original job. Also, be sure to specify that all areas of outside concrete need to drain to the adjacent yard."

"This is the closest category I could find for what I had done and know that they do this type of work. I hired this company to install a french drain in the back of my yard. There is a hill behind me and the grade from the house made the water collect in a swamp with nowhere to go. They did a great job of trenching out the entire width of that area, added perforated pipe with a filter cloth and gravel, then replacing the topsoil. They put a well with a sump pump at the end and tubing to pump the water out to the front of the house so it would go into the drainage system. Mike Jr., Brandon Powers, Eric Lawhon and Mike Houtchins were the team of workers and did a great job cleaning up afterwards also. It was a pretty large project but it only took them two days to complete. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them."

"Prior to choosing ABS, I received several quotes and made my final decision based ABS being family owned and operated. When I received my quote from Aaron, he inspected my crawl space and outside my home. He took several reading of the moisture throughout the wood. Aaron spent several hours going over all the issues he found. Time was not an issue for Aaron, as he explained the situation to us, he answered all our questions (sometimes twice) and was very polite. Now onto the days of installation, day one, Joe their lead engineer and crew arrived onsite. Joe was polite and knowledge of the job he was there to perform. He stayed in constant contact with me. They had to call in more support and because this is a family owned company even the owner showed up. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and what they did to fix the issues. They did not charge me the additional material or time. They went above and beyond what most companies would have done. Now I have a solid and dry crawl space and that is all thanks to American Basement Solutions.
