We complained about a smell after work was done refused to come back to check-said to keep putting water down the drains as traps dry out-got worse asked to come out to check their work, told service call would have to be payed again. called another plumber.

In 2012, I had C&C work on my house, which was built in 1900. I recieved multiple quotes just to work on the boiler heat system. I dealt with Nathan. He was very professional. Since I found him to be very honest and straight forward, I decided to go ahead with the work on the boiler as well as a bit of additional work. C&C performed the work in a timely manner and everything has been great ever since. At the end of the project, I was happy to find out that there would be no additional charges to the project. I have used C&C for a couple of minor repairs since the original work was done. I have been very satisfied with their work. I also will continue to use them for regular maintenance. If you are looking for an honest plumbing, heating and cooling contractor, C&C is the way to go.
