We can also take care of the honey-do list your honey doesn't have time to do. Currently, we have two project managers with helpers. Cash, check or charge are the accepted forms of payment after the job is complete; larger jobs require a 50% down-payment.

"Dave York and his team have been truly outstanding over the past year in helping us take a lovely, though aging, home that we purchased and making it sound again. Some issues were more serious than others, but at every turn Dave treated each issue with high priority.
