We are your repair and remodeling specialists with over 25 years of experience. We specialize in kitchen, bath, basement and other type of residential remodels. We can also take care of the honey-do list your honey doesn't have time to do. Currently, we have two project managers with helpers. Cash, check or charge are the accepted forms of payment after the job is complete; larger jobs require a 50% down-payment.

"Dave York and his team have been truly outstanding over the past year in helping us take a lovely, though aging, home that we purchased and making it sound again. Some issues were more serious than others, but at every turn Dave treated each issue with high priority. Further, while he "knows a lot about a lot" already, when an issue arises that he has not encountered, he does the research and won't stop it until he is satisfied himself in terms of confidence to do the job right. "I moved into a house and was given only one key. It snapped off in the lock. I called Lock Doctor in the morning, and by mid afternoon he had re-keyed all the locks without having to replace them.
