"We had Chris come out to give us an estimate on adding a cover over our existing deck and tie it into our screen room. He was very professional on his discussion with us on different options and what we would expect to see when complete. His team came out and installed the metal cover in a very timely manner and answered all my questions while they were installing the cover. I would highly recommend using Chris and his installers for your next project."

"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day."

"Went to their store a month ago , they were supposed to come out and give me an estimate , have never seen or heard from them again , guess I'll have to get someone else to do the job !"

"Giant Factory Direct was tremendous from start to finish. They were very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and review the various colors and styles available. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!"

"Wonderful experience with Jeremy and his crew. They cleaned up everything and the new roof looks great. They had to take 2 layers off the roof and were finished in a day. I love the color of the 3D shingles and samples of regular size shingles were provided so we could make a decision on what looked best with our siding and brick. Every step of what they were going to do on the rook was explained beforehand and they also buy from local companies which is a plus. The price was great too and we would recommend JL Construction to anyone looking for a new roof"

"SMB Home Improvements do window work.  They were here maybe two years ago.  It's been a little while.  Nothing negative, my husband was actually home when they did it, I wasn't home.  But nothing negative.  I don't know the particulars.  I want to say he said they were really quick and efficient."

"They were really good. I spent $4000 or $5000 on that work. They came out and replaced every window in my house. They were friendly and the price for what they were providing me with was excellent. James is the owner and he is very much a perfectionist. He did not like the way one window was installed and he actually paid to replace it. I would tell others that I had no complaints about them and that they did a good job and the price was good. They are not the most punctual."

"I hired Lockhard's Handyman to do several small jobs around my house. Chris was on time and was very professional. I felt he did a great job in a very timely manner. 10/10 will be calling them back!"
