Get matched with top patio cover pros in Union, KY

"We purchased an insulated patio cover and are very pleased with the finished product. It is much sturdier than the cover it replaced and makes an attractive addition to our home. All work was completed in a day, the installers did a great job, and pricing was reasonable. We would not hesitate to hire Giant Factory Direct for a future project!"

"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day."

"Joe was great. He was able to diagnose through elimination that the problem was my couch's battery and not the wiring , connections or bad switches. He took a spring off of the couch so I was able to manually recline and sit up until I received a replacement battery."

"We hope to have the life expectancy described to us. The sales rep.,Jon B, was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to correct an issue we had with the retracting pole."

"The service wasn't great. We weren't pleased. The quote was way over our expectations. At first, it was just written on the back of a business card and it wasn't very clear. He seemed miffed that I was not present but something came up. My wife was here and he dealt with her. We would not use them as the contractor in the future. There was no detailed quote and he was kind of rude when I asked for it. They were supposed to contact us after we purchased the Big Deal and they did not. We had to call them. It didn't seem like a very professional process."

"Giant Factory Direct was tremendous from start to finish. They were very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and review the various colors and styles available. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!"

"Did excellent work! Made some great suggestions and solutions to some problems that arose! I would recommend R & R for any work you need done! Weather delayed the start of our deck but they worked diligently to complete the project very quickly! I was really pleased with their professionalism!"

"Very profrssional. They replaced old gutter guards that were not doing the job. They spotted problems on a couple of shingles, asked me for spare ones I had saved and fixed the problems."
