"Cannot say enough nice things about this company and our awning. From start to finish, Chris was accessible and responsive to our questions. He and his team kept us updated throughout the process and crossed all t's and dotted all i's with the necessary permits and inspections. Chris personally came to look at the awing after it was installed to make sure that we were satisfied. We have wanted a covered back awning for years and finally decided to pull the trigger with Giant. The product exceeded our expectations and have transformed the use of our back patio from being a hot piece of concrete that gets direct sunlight all year long to an expansion of our living space. Installation was quick and we have had several days of rain since it was installed. No leaks and the integrated gutter system works like a charm. If you are considering a covered back patio, I highly recommend that you check them out. Exceptional product at a fair price."

"The new windows, doors and shutters look great!  They really spruce up the house, and I was very happy with the service provided.  The workmanship is excellent, and they are very neat.  No follow up clean up was necessary."

"We were trying to find somebody for over a year now to repair the paneling and to take care of the roof. We had a major roof issue with our sunroom. Originally we went down to Cincinnati to bring back a couple of panels for a four season sunroom. McMaken is a distributor for four season sunrooms. So we went down there and talked to James McMaken, the owner. We asked him if he ever did any work in Columbus. We were very impressed with him and it was a relief to be able to find somebody who would take care of the porch for us. So they came out a couple of weeks ago and took out all the shingles and put in the new panels. They also put new OSB boards on top of all the panels on the entire roof and re-shingled it. They also fixed some gutter issues that we were having. They are a family owned and operated business. They were very honest and it was kind of refreshing to work with people like that. Hopefully we don?t have any more issues, but if we have any more, then we will definitely use their services again."

"They removed the old cover and replaced with new one. Crew was very pleasant, neat and completed the job in far less time than I anticipated. Everyone I dealt with at Giant was pleasant, informative and met every expectation."

"Dan was extremely fast coming out to give an estimate. (Same day). The next day I went to the hardware store where I was having trouble finding what I needed. Called him for advise. He was nearby and came right over! Helped me select what I needed and then immediately went and fixed my door. This was all within 24 hours! Diligent, helpful, fair, and trusting. He will from now on be my #1 call!"

"Easy to work with but in the beginning there were some issues with the warranty and negotiations but once that was taken care and everything got going they got here and got the work done."
