I called Indiana Foundation Service and got a representative out the next week. He went over the issue and the solution thoroughly with me. We signed the contract and a month later we had some awesome workers come out to our house. Charles, Brandon, and Kyle worked 2 days to dig, brace, and make sure our wall was level/plum. I cannot recommend this company and this crew enough! We were completely satisfied with the outcome and the whole process. "We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.
