In 1976, Jeff Gatewood hung a handmade sign and began Allisonville Nursery with 15 spruce trees, hand-dug from a Michigan farm. The 3-acre plot across from the family owned airport in Fishers, Indiana was carved out of farmland that had been in the family for nearly 30 years and housed a 20 x 40 foot structure that once held a flower shop run by Jeff's mother. After moving half a mile north in 1985 after too many close calls with small aircraft, Allisonville Nursery now encompasses 5 acres and has expanded into a 7,500 square foot garden store and gift shop. "Wonderful service! We stopped in two weeks ago. A delightful place with a vast supply of greenery. We purchased a tree and a bush, and had them planted for us. The entire experience was top notch! We will be back!"

"Following the design plan, along with the removal of old trees and shrubs, as were agreed to with Josh Springer, the owner, things went fine. However during the removal phase of the project, the Property Pros crew, dug up two mature Wiegela bushes, and scalped a mature ornate Juniper bush, that Josh admitted his crew was not suppose to touch. Since then, and as of the writing of this post, I have tried to work with Property Pros on a solution to this problem. At every turn, they have provided a cheap lower standard of correction, that in no way compensates for their for their negligence in destroying my bushes.. Just recently I received a note from Josh, stating that I was being unreasonable, and that they had gone above and beyond to solve the problem.. This is the sole reason that I rate them as a F. Primarily because of their arrogance and disregard of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Josh even went to far as to state, that they have over 600 reviews, to make my request for a professional remedy, unreasonable. Since when is a customer that has paid $4700.00 for a service, unreasonable to expect a professional outcome? Josh however, did not indicate that there are 24 CUSTOMER SERVICE dissatisfaction ratings, sharing similar concerns that I have had with them. BUYER BEWARE, customer satisfaction is not their strong suit. I have pictures of the issues that I have discussed here, and I'm willing to share them with anyone, who is thinking about hiring them. I have since reached out to other landscape firms in the area, in hopes of getting a better PROFESSIONAL outcome to this situation next spring."
